Computing

We have carefully designed our computing curriculum to enable all of our children to become digitally literate. The world we live in is becoming ever-more reliant on computing and other ICT systems and our curriculum enables all children to become confident users of ICT.

The core of computing is computer science, in which children are taught the principles of computing, how digital systems work and how to put this knowledge to use through programming.

Building on this knowledge and understanding, children are equipped to use information technology to create programs, systems and a range of content.
